PLEASE!!! Contact Alex McCorkle (717) 412-8448, e-mail amcco595@gmail.com each week and let him know if you will be attending a work party. This will help planning the work and knowing how much food and drink to provide.
THESE DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR CANCELLATION. If we know you are coming and need to make any changes; we can let you know with a phone call, e-mail, text, or Facebook post.
Attending two work parties by April 19th will allow you to set up your camp on Friday, April 24 if you are able. Be sure to sign the attendance sheet each work party! This year, associate members will be allowed to set up on Saturday April 25th after 12:00 PM.
If you have any of the following tools, please bring them with you; chainsaw, string trimmer, steel rake, leaf rake, pitchfork, ax, and gloves. If you have carpentry tools and skills, they are often needed as well.
If you are able, please bring something to share for lunch - veggies, fruit, salad, chips/pretzels, dessert, drinks etc.

Early set-up will begin Friday, April 24th for those that have fulfilled the work party requirement.
